The
weekly adventures of Frank Cannon, an overweight, balding ex-cop
with a deep voice and expensive tastes in culinary pleasures, who
becomes a high-priced private investigator. Since Cannon's girth
didn't allow for many fist-fights and gun battles (although there
were many), the series substituted car chases and high production
values in their place.
Paramount Home Entertainment
has announced, that Cannon - Season 1, Volume 1 will be
coming to DVD on July 8th, 2008.
The DVD set will include 12 episodes from the first half of Season
1 and will be presented in Fullscreen, with audio tracks in English.
Cannon starred William Conrad as Frank Cannon.
